Call Center Training System
Alphastat
is a “Graphic User Interface” (GUI)
designed to be used with the AlphaCom Critical Communications exchange. When installed on a suitable computer and linked to the AlphaCom exchange it will provide on screen information
on the exchange activities. This software has been designed by “
Ring Communications (UK) Ltd” to be used in training rolls.
Giving instructors control over student communications and managing their roll play responses.
Students are given scenarios and use the phone system to contact fictitious destinations. The instructors can see which destination the student is trying to contact and then choose
to answer the students call, role playing the person being called.
